So last month I took a class over at The Photographers Element. It was great! I learned all about how to take better Family Portraits. The very last week was on Lifestyle Photography. I was a little intimidated by it. I've done in home newborn sessions, but that is it. And those newborn sessions were at close friends houses. I didn't know where to start or what to do for my homework which was to submit 5 photos that tell some sort of story. I was talking to my friend about it and she volunteered her cute girls for a Tea Party. I don't know what I was so worried about. Lifestyle sessions are all about capturing the moment. Nothing is too posed. And most of the shots are candid. Um hello, that is basically what I do every day with Little {A}! Now I can't wait to dive into more Lifestyle sessions. Maybe even whole families! I had a blast and I think the images turned out really cute.
